Nancy Campbell has 15 years’ experience in publishing and the book trade and an active involvement in literature and the visual arts. She has been a Professional Member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders (SfEP) since 2007. She is also a member of the National Union of Journalists and the Society of Authors.

Since 2016 Nancy has been working with the AHRC Network on the New Modernist Editing, based at the University of Glasgow, investigating the important recent developments in scholarly and editorial practice in the preparation and production of modernist texts.

From 2013 to 2017 Nancy was Editor of Printmaking Today, the Authorised Journal of the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, and is now on its Editorial Board. She has guest-edited a number of independent magazines, and co-edits Oxford Poetry. She is a book reviewer for the Times Literary Supplement.

Nancy’s returning clients include Random House, British Museum Press, Leighton House Museum, The Idler and the National Library of the Netherlands. A number of past projects have gone on to win book industry awards.
